We are in the process of expanding our team based in Sofia. This is why we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist in Spanish and English to join and help our growing community. The Customer Success Specialist is the go-to person for our customers for any NOTO platform-related questions. Your main goal will be to make sure our clients are making the most of our solution. Your fraud and compliance experience will be a great source of information for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Post-sales support - act as a point of contact between the customer and the different departments of the company;
  • Provides internal and external trainings on the company products;
  • Supports the customers onboarding process;
  • Performs studies and researches on the company products and consults the customers;
  • Reports bug and suggest improvements though the different departments of the company;
  • Translate and maintain the company internal documentation in Spanish;
  • Lead meeting with clients and help them understand and to work effectively with company product;
  • Analyze the client's setup and provide suggestions for improvement on quarterly business reviews or when needed;
  • Prepares or translates documentation for the customers;
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish;
  • Previous experience (2+ years) in the fintech industry or with online payments, banking, or gaming industry is an advantage;
  • Previous experience as anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, KYC, or compliance analyst is a strong advantage;
  • Technical background or experience with financial software is a strong advantage;
  • Highly organized and able to evaluate and prioritize customer demands;
  • Very strong communication skills and ability to act as the main point of contact for the customers;
  • Good presentation skills, to be able to present the product features to our customers;
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools (and any banking, anti-fraud, compliance, or online payments tools is an advantage);
  • Relevant education degree;
  • This position requires work on shifts (9 am - 6 pm; 3 pm - 12 am), which may include weekends and holidays, paid as per the local legislation;
